2. Coaching Services
Luxe Coaching provides personalised fitness, nutrition, lifestyle, and accountability coaching. Results will vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information regarding their health, lifestyle, and training history.
- Following coaching advice at their own discretion.
- Consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition programme if they have any medical concerns.
5. Payments
All coaching fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of coaching services.
6. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital coaching services, payments are non-refundable once coaching has commenced unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Cancellations
Clients may cancel their coaching at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations must be submitted in writing before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
8. Communication
Luxe Coaching aims to respond to client communications within a reasonable timeframe; however, responses are not guaranteed outside of stated coaching hours.
9. Results Disclaimer
While every effort is made to support clients in achieving their goals, Luxe Coaching does not guarantee specific results. Outcomes depend on numerous factors, including adherence, lifestyle, health status, and individual circumstances.
10. Limitation of Liability
Luxe Coaching shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or adverse outcome resulting from participation in coaching services, except where required by law.
11. Intellectual Property
All training programmes, nutrition plans, documents, resources, and content provided by Luxe Coaching remain the intellectual property of Luxe Coaching and may not be copied, shared, distributed, or reproduced without prior written permission.
12. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the Luxe Coaching Privacy Policy.
13. Amendments
Luxe Coaching reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of coaching services constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
